As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and organized Assitant Dietary Supervisor to join our team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage the dietary department, ensuring the provision of high-quality food services to residents.
* Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation and service
* Monitor food production and storage to maintain quality and safety standards
* Manage inventory of food and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
* Train and supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to address resident dietary concerns or special requests
* Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
*Education and/or Experience:*
* Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
* Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
* Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
