We are a small CPA firm specializing in providing outsourced accounting / bookkeeping services to small and medium size businesses.

*Responsibilities:*
* Manage multiple clients and their respective deadlines and responsibilities
* Review general ledger posting and prepare accurate monthly financial statements, both on cash and accrual basis
* Prepare ad-hoc reports, including but not limited budgets, cash flow projections, commission calculations, etc.
* Record daily/weekly transactions, bank/credit card reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries etc
* Process payroll, payroll tax returns, 1099's, City business licenses, and sales tax returns.
* Document processes
* Assist other staff members as needed.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
* 5+ years relevant experience in a multi-entity environment.
* Advanced QuickBooks knowledge (desktop and online) and good working knowledge of Excel
* Ability to quickly learn new software, software add-ons, and apps.
* Self motivated and detail oriented, with an ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize
* Understand proper workflow and month-end close process
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
