```Duties```
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility.
Your role will involve managing a team, ensuring efficient materials handling and logistics, and maintaining inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Oversee materials handling, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer demands
- Staging materials for other departments in a timely and effecient manner.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Warehouse Operations: Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures.

Inventory Control: Proficient in inventory management techniques to ensure accurate stock levels.

OSHA Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.

Distribution Center: Understanding of distribution center operations and best practices.
