Crew Leader

Crew Leaders will work with power equipment and hand tools to provide landscape maintenance services to various locations.
Crew Leaders will primarily work outdoors with one or more coworkers to successfully provide landscape maintenance services.
A Crew Leader will be responsible for the safe transportation of all crew members to and from the job sites.
The Crew Leader will ensure all crew members are completing work in a safe manner and using proper PPE at all times.
Lastly, It is the duty of the Crew Leader to ensure all aspects of landscape maintenance are being completed on their assigned job sites.
Additional requirements; - 40 hours/ week.
Monday - Friday.
6AM - 2:30PM.
Company vehicles, equipment, uniforms supplied.
Occasional weekend work may be available.
- Must have a valid State of California Driver's License.
- Must know how to use common commercial grade landscape equipment.
(Mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, etc.
) - Must be able to perform under pressure and properly fulfill duties.
- Must be hardworking and dependable.
- Attention to details is a MUST.
- Willing to work at a fast pace.
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Additional responsibilities and requirements may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $20.
