We're seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive our online growth strategies, with a focus on the jewelry industry.
In this role, you'll develop and execute data-driven campaigns to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall eCommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate cross-functionally to manage eCommerce business aspects, including planning, content, merchandising, marketing, and operations.
* Develop strategies to achieve sales targets through customer acquisition and retention.
* Oversee website experience, ensuring user-friendliness and engagement.
* Implement digital transformation initiatives to personalize the customer journey and boost online sales.
* Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve key metrics.
* Execute initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and profitability.
* Prioritize website enhancements, A/B testing, and manage new projects.
* Ensure efficient eCommerce operations, including website, product, and administration management.
* Understand and apply UX/UI design principles to optimize website usability and conversion rates.
* Create compelling and engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of eCommerce experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
* Proven leadership and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally and with external agencies.
* Successful track record in achieving sales targets and optimizing customer experience.
* Deep understanding of eCommerce operations, website management, and online product management.
* Knowledge and experience in the jewelry wholesale industry.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
* Excellent project management skills, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).
* Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce).
* Understanding of UX/UI design principles for website usability and conversion optimization.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices for website visibility and organic traffic.
* Familiarity with CRM systems for customer data management and personalized campaigns.
