Working remotely is okay as long as we see you in your private window office a few times per week.
New lawyers will receive first-class hands-on training to become the lawyers that they always wanted to be.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $200,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation
Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree and a J.
D.
degree is required
Proficiency in computers is vital
Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
In good standing with CA bar
Must be proactive
Must be ready and eager to work
