This position is designed for a person with people skills and who wants to be a trial attorney.
The position will assist in all aspects of trial preparation from preparing demand letters to verdict forms.
There is an opportunity for significant courtroom experience and client interaction.
Compensation:
$91,000 - $145,000
Responsibilities:
This position assists with all aspects of pre-trial and trial procedures.
This includes preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, focus groups, investigation, research, and anything else required to get the job done.
Qualifications:
Required skills:
Member of the California Bar
Good understanding of evidence under California and Federal law.
Good writing skills
Computer skills – Microsoft 365, Westlaw
