*Transactional Attorney Job Description*
Prominent law firm located in Agoura Hills CA is seeking a transactional attorney with 2+ years of corporate or business law related experience to assist with HOA and real estate matters.
For more than 40 years, Beaumont Tashjian has provided common interest developments with the legal expertise and tools necessary to effectively safeguard and serve their communities and members.
We take pride in providing premium, cost-effective legal services in all aspects of community association governance.
As a full-service law firm we handle all general counsel services, litigation, and collections (using judicial foreclosure).
As a result, we are able to serve clients ranging from large associations exceeding 10,000 separate interests to associations with less than four separate interests.
We represent single family home developments, condominium complexes, high rises, commercial developments and mix-use communities throughout Southern California.

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Drafting opinions based on review of client’s governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, Policies, etc.
)
* Vendor contract review
* Preparing and drafting letters and legal documents on behalf of clients
* Attendance at board meetings (Zoom and in-person)
This position is out of our office in Agoura Hills ; however, we are open to a hybrid of in-person and remote work.
*Requirements*
* HOA experience not required
* Licensed CA attorney
* Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
* Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
* Be detailed and flexible
* Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

Pay: $125,000.
