Trial Attorney - Full time Location: Agoura Hills, CA Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $80K+ Required Qualifications: 3+ is a must in Litigation but will consider junior attorneys Preferred experience in litigation, especially in unlawful detainer cases.
Should have hands-on experience in trials appearing in state and federal courts in CA writing briefs and managing multiple cases Proficiency with Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting and template manipulation Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Google Scholar, and PACER Spanish language skills (preferred, but not required).
Job Description What you will be doing: Appearing in court, arguing motions, and actively participating in trials.
Writing briefs and conducting legal research for court proceedings.
Drafting discovery documents and assembling responses.
Preparing pleadings and legal correspondence.
Interacting with clients regularly.
