If you or a loved one has been charged with a DUI, you need to do several things IMMEDIATELY:
1.
) Telephone the DMV at the nearest Drivers Safety Office near your home.
There are seventeen of these offices in California, and the telephone number for each is listed on the DMV contact page for "Drivers Safety Offices.
" You MUST make contact and request a DMV Hearing with the office nearest office WITHIN TEN ACTUAL DAYS of your arrest, or else you will have waived your right to have a DMV Hearing.
There is also a telephone number to call DMV on your pink temporary drivers license, though this number is frequently jammed with callers.
2.
) Contact my office by telephone to arrange a consultation at (818) 404-9311.
Please leave your name, telephone number, and the court date that you were issued by the arresting officer.
3.
) Make an appointment with my office to retain me as your legal counsel so that I am able to handle your case.
Any and all information between you and my office is completely confidential and shall remain in violate whether or not you retain me as your lawyer.
