Litigation Attorney

```Responsibilities:``` - Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy ```Qualifications:``` - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction - Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and laws - Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Prior experience in litigation or related field is preferred - Familiarity with legal drafting and writing skills - Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
