Law Office of Kenneth J Freed is a premier litigation practice specializing in commercial debt litigation.
While we are an extremely busy office, we are a casual office.
We are looking for someone who is smart, motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and the desire to contribute to the success of the practice.
You will have a minimum 3 years of commercial/civil litigation experience.
The job entails initial filings, pre-judgment writs, motions, discovery, trial prep and post-judgment collection.
Knowledge of state court litigation filing, service and civil procedures, legal terminology, and ability to manage attorney calendars are crucial.
You MUST BE reliable, accurate and detail oriented.
Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Adobe Acrobat, TimeMatters, Essential Forms and CollectOne beneficial.

There is wide pay range for this position, and that range is based upon how much experience you have.
We can categorize our legal staff in levels 1 thru 5—with level 1 being able to accomplish our easiest tasks and level 5 being able to accomplish all of the tasks in categories 1 thru 4 plus our most complicated tasks.
