Duties: include also, but are not ;limited too:```
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Assist with legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
- Prepare and organize case files and exhibits
- Participate in client meetings and interviews
- Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
- Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and litigation activities
- Attend court hearings and depositions as needed
```Qualifications:```
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks
- Ability to draft legal documents and write persuasively
- Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research purposes
- Experience in negotiating settlements and conducting litigation is preferred
