Our growing law firm is looking for a litigation paralegal.
The responsibilities include the following -Drafting and filing lawsuits (Summons, Complaint, etc.
) -Propounding Discovery -Preparing Deposition Notices -Responding to Deposition Notices -Preparing Objections and Responses to Demand for Defense Medical Examinations -Trial Preparation -Calendaring Court Deadlines -Assisting in other miscellaneous aspects of personal injury litigation.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35.
