Legal Assistant/Paralegal Business

URGENT HIRE NEED SOMEONE START ASAP Fortune Energy is a growing Wholesale Solar company with 7 locations in the US has an open position.
This is a Entry Level position.
*Experience with the following are must haves:* * Editing & formatting legal documents in MS Word * Drafting letters * Redlining/tracking changes in MS Word *Experience with the following are nice to haves:* * Administer, review, and analyze contracts, licenses, and insurance certifications * Prepare and periodically review base contract language for appropriateness and compliance * Manage changes in agreements and addendums * Ensure that contracts are executed and filed in accordance with Company guidelines * Maintaining a filing system for contracts and other legal documents.
* Research and resolve legal questions *Qualifications* * Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
* 2 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or law firm, with a strong background in contract drafting and negotiation * Ability to work independently * Demonstrated reasoning skills, excellent problem- solving skills, knowledge of contracts and ethical judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
* Organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, including familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
