DUTIES
Contract Review and Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze complex contracts, understanding their specific requirements, terms, and conditions.
Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Assist in drafting, negotiating, and executing contract amendments or modifications.
Craft clear and compelling narratives that highlight our company's strengths, expertise, and unique value proposition while addressing specific needs.
Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams operations, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
Foster effective communication to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Response Management: Maintain an organized system to manage responses, ensuring version control and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to enhance future proposals.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze the success of past proposals and identify areas of improvement to enhance the quality and competitiveness of future responses.
Proposal Templates and Content Library: Develop and maintain a repository of pre-approved content, templates, and case studies that can be readily used in proposals, streamlining the response process
What it takes to be successful in this role:
* Master's Degree in business law, communication, writing, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years work experience.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
* Negotiation skills to support contract discussions and compromise.
* Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and contractual requirements.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
* Proficiency in contract management software and tools is beneficial.
