Position: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience + benefits
Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs; and
* Participate in all aspects of civil and business litigation, including trials, court appearances, depositions, negotiations, and mediations.
Requirements:
* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
* 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business law, employment defense.
* Admitted to practice in State of California.
* Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Willing to work overtime and/or on weekends if necessary.
* A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
