*The Role:*
As a Remote Trademark Attorney at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in advising our diverse clientele on all aspects of trademark law, including trademark registration, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and file trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and manage the application process through to registration.
* Represent clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
* Provide counsel on trademark infringement matters and engage in trademark enforcement and litigation as necessary.
* Advise clients on the use and licensing of trademarks, and assist with the negotiation and drafting of intellectual property agreements.
* Stay abreast of developments in trademark law and advise clients accordingly.
*Requirements:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in at least one U.
S.
state and in good standing with the state bar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
