Litigation Attorney

*JOB DESCRIPTION:* The Alexandroff Law Group is seeking a 1-3 year Litigation Attorney to litigate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients.
Our litigation department is fast-paced and demanding.
Therefore, we are looking for an in-person attorney who is driven and self-motivated.
*ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Litigate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel.
* Draft pleadings and motions.
* Propound and Respond to Discovery * Court Appearances as needed.
* Conduct Legal research.
* Manage relations with clients.
* Take depositions and go to trial.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases.
* Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
* - Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

* Must be able to work in a team environment * Must be an attorney licensed in California and in good standing without any pending disciplinary action Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
