"Tom's Place "Affordable Horse Boarding (Granada Hills)

Tom’ Place, horse boarding, is on almost 5 acres in North Granada Hills, off the 118 frwy, a mile north of Rinaldi at the top of Zelzah Avenue.
Our ranch hands feed grass hay or alfalfa twice a day and cleans 6 days per week.
Your supplied feed will be adjusted results in a discount.
Amenities include: 24’ x 20’ or 24’ x 24’ piped stalls with shade cover, feeders, waterers and tack storage.
There is a lighted 75’x 150’ arena enhanced with rubber pellet and arena sand mix surrounded with baseboards, a 50' round pen and 3 wash racks.
Most stalls have their own water hose.
Over 150 pepper trees shade stalls and common areas from summer heat.
There is general night lighting, onsite parking, women and men’s rooms and picnic areas.
There is immediate access to riding trails and a beautiful day and night views of rolling hills and city lights.
