Baskets are so great to keep on hand because they can be used for SO many things, including storage, display, they make great planters, they are a great way to present a group of small gifts to someone, they provide a great way to roll and display bathroom or kitchen towels, and the list goes on & on! I like to always keep at least a dozen baskets on hand and I use them in many of the model homes that I am hired to stage for selling.
But I've accumulated way too many now, so I'm selling off a few.
I have included photos of several others that I have for sale now as well, in separate Craig's List postings.
All range between $20 - $30.
The one basket being sold here was handmake using peach satin, cream French Lace, Mauve Ribbon, Satin Rosettes and dried baby's breath.
It is padded and stuffed so that it is poofy and cushy.
This originally cost $79 to purchase and was used to roll and display bathroom towels for a peach bathroom that was in a home that I was hired to stage in order to get it sold fast.
Normally I would discount this about $20 to resell it (now that we are done using it in the model home, even though is still even has the original tag still on it), but I actually discounted it about $50 because the satin has a few small marks and imperfections in it.
No rips and nothing too significant, but not 100% perfect either, so I priced it accordingly.
But the $30 price is final & firm!!
