They come in a pair; one hinge swings/opens out to the left and the other one to the right.
(I originally ordered them to be on either side of my front door but took the wrong measurements.

They are interior shutters and they mount on the outside of the window.
Originally $98 tax but I ordered the wrong size, so I am selling these for more than 50% off what I paid.
There are 2 total boxes and I only opened one and realized it was the wrong size.
I will send the full installation instructions.
They are pretty easy to install, as I was able to do it for the other windows that I ordered correct shutter sizes.
I also have another brand-new pair of the same style shutters in a different size (also ordered the wrong specs), 89" long x 46 1/8" tall with 3 1/2" louver, and other home decor (chandeliers, Roman blinds, wall sconces) — see my other listings.
