My name is Emma E, and I have 15 years of experience working as a trainer and bootcamp instructor.
I have 3 Certifications.
I'm also Red Cross Certified and work with all levels and ages.
I focus on weight loss, building lean muscles and adapting to a healthy diet and life style.
I believe it's very important what you put in your body, and I will give you nutritional advice as well.
Being a vegetarian and studying nutrition I can inspire you to put the right things in your body that heals and that also makes you live longer.
I train people that struggle with stubborn weight gain, pre and post pregnancy, people that been struggling their whole life to get in shape and given up.
I train clients with migraine and balance problems as well as clients who are struggling with MS.
Dealing with migraines myself, I know how tough it can be, however exercise can help.
In my exercise routines I use many different types of exercising styles to get you in shape.
I do everthing from weight training, Capoeira, pilates, yoga, resistance training and boxing to name a few.
I'm also very big on circuit training as well as crossfit training.
I'm have a very flexible schedule and I will make sure you see results within the first 2 weeks.
