I'm a feminine energy & inner cultivation life coach.
I've spent almost 30 years of my life living in constant survival mode, always giving more than I have, and operating predominantly in my masculine/mothering or wounded energy - this way of living benefited me in many ways, helped me achieved many successes, and won me years of approvals and praises.
But I was simultaneously struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and panic attacks for more than 20 years.
My romantic relationships were filled with abuse, abandonment, and submitting to coercions.
And I constantly felt disconnected and lonely, despite having a large number of friends.
I worked hard with every moment to earn my worth.

When I finally began my journey in inner cultivation and embracing my feminine energy, my life changed completely - I am now in love with my life, happy & fulfilled in a beautiful marriage, and surrounded by dear friends whom I feel deeply connected to.
My heart's desire is to accompany you as you empower yourself to thrive and live into your life of love, ease, joy, and flow.

I would like to offer you a free 30-60 minutes consultation session to give us a chance to get to know each other, to let you know about my coaching approaches, and to let me know a little bit about your story, goals, and desires.
If at the end of this time we both wish to continue, we can follow that up by scheduling you with 3 free coaching sessions.
Depending on your choice of preference, each session can be between 30-90 minutes in duration.
