End of the world (Sylmar)

Hi, this post may be odd.
I want to say first of all I'm not crazy, I would just like peace of mind.
With the way the world is heading we all know an event like economy collapse or war is on the horizon.
I'm looking for someone who has capital for cheap land, that we can build a bunker.
What I can't offer in money I can offer in man power and building materials for the bunker.
As a team it will be easier to survive the end.
I'm hoping that we can secure land for around 5k
