New venue for local valley bands (Northridge) (Los Angeles)

New venue for local valley bands (Northridge) I am thinking/looking into opening up a music venue only for original bands in the San Fernando valley.
At one time there was only one spot known as paladinos in Reseda for local original bands to play.
And that spot is no longer there.
I am trying to get feedback from my fellow local musicians as to what you think? And if we can pull this off together if the venue or opportunity were there? I know there are a lot of bands in the San Fernando valley that would love to have a nice new venue specifically catered towards them without the pressures of having to sell tickets or pay to play.
This would not be a pay to place situation as I once did and as we know that's how the system is set up for most bands for a long time.
All we would need is for people to show up with word of mouth as a new venue has opened up for aspiring up and coming local original bands of all types of music.
It is super hard out there for original bands to get started because of places who are catered towards tribute bands and cover bands as that is an easy way out to make money rather than writing and coming up with your own original material.
I've never been a business owner.
I don't have any business degree and would not even know how to run a business.
What I do know is I have a strong passion as a guitarist myself and wanting a place for my own band to play.
I do know that I am very responsible with my life, including my money, and health, and more importantly my music! Along with other bands who just need that opportunity to showcase what they are made of.
I am putting this on craigslist to get a consensus of how many local bands there are in the valley? And to get a discussion and feedback to see if there is any enthusiasm out there for said situation.
