I am being stalked and harassed by this guy and his friends. I need he (Northridge)

Hi I'm a male in 30s.
I have ex neighbor who has a huge grudge and is a psycho.
Hes harass med me so many times out weird smells in my home and car.
Tried to fight me scratched my car all kinds of things I decide to move out and move to northridge.
Now after 4 months living here he found my new adresses and now is stalking me here.
I am but afraid and scared.
I tried reaching out to police and other places but nothing worked.
