Japanese Tutor

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team.
As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in various subjects.

Duties: - Plan and prepare tutoring sessions based on students' needs and curriculum requirements - Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students - Assist students in understanding and completing assignments - Develop personalized learning plans for each student - Utilize effective teaching strategies to enhance student comprehension - Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring methods as needed - Incorporate learning technology into tutoring sessions, when applicable - Foster a positive and supportive learning environment - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success Requirements: - Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Experience working with students of all ages and abilities - Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear manner - Familiarity with classroom management strategies - Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an asset - Experience with learning technology tools and software - Passion for helping children succeed academically Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.
