*Job Description* We are seeking a full-time AMFT who is willing to learn multiple treatment modalities.
Rise Wellness Center II is a detox residential facility in Van Nuys that treats addiction and co-occurring disorders.
We believe in a holistic approach to healing.
We work together on a regular basis to support people overcoming addictions.
Salary will be based on the individual's credentials and experience.
Primary responsibilities include.
Facilitate Groups Meeting with clients for individual sessions Developing Treatment plans Completing SUD and MH assessments, Biopsychosocial, Pre-Intake Assessments, Outcome Measures.
Crisis Intervention, Discharge Planning.
Maintaining Meticulous documentation through EMR Participate in weekly Tx Team Meeting Supervision provided _We Look forward to hearing from you!_ Job Type: Full-Time $30.
