Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver to join our team.
As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking up repossessed vehicles and transporting them to designated locations.
This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to handle various types of vehicles.
Duties: - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment - Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation - Perform basic automotive repair tasks, such as changing tires or jump-starting batteries - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns - Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination - Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate assignments Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous repossession experience a plus -Previous tow truck driving experience a must - Knowledge of manual transmission operation - Basic automotive repair skills are desirable - Excellent driving skills with the ability to maneuver large vehicles in tight spaces - Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
