Drivers are to follow all Marathon Industries policies and state guidelines for operations of vehicles, customer service, and safety.
No Loading or Unloading.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following: • Drives various size vehicles locally or out of the area as needed and following all rules of the road.
• Checking in new vehicles, inspecting them for body damage, and following check-in procedures.
• Responsible for not talking on phones, texting, or using earpieces while driving vehicle.
• Verifies and records mileage, car category, and vehicle identification number.
• Responsible for not eating or smoking inside any vehicle and/or shuttle.
Employees may only drink water in the vehicle and/or shuttle.
• Perform duties in a safe manner following Marathon Industries safety guidelines.
• Place items left behind in vehicles in lost and found.
• Maintain Marathon Industries standards for appearance and safety by following the dress code.
• Prepare and follow best travel route or as assigned by Dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service, good teamwork, and professional demeanor.
