* Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
* Clear and effective communication is crucial for coordinating with customers, colleagues, and warehouse staff
* Understanding of basic technology use, ie tablets and app software
* Being punctual and efficient in managing deliveries and pickups is important to ensure on-time service
* Being a reliable team player who can work well with others contributes to the overall success of the party rental service
* Must be ok with submitting a background check
*Responsibilities*
* Safe Transportation: Safely transport party rental equipment, including tents, chairs, tables, and other supplies, to event locations
* Loading and Unloading: Accurately load and unload rental equipment, taking utmost care to prevent damage during transit
* Use proper lifting and securing techniques to ensure the safety of yourself, other teammember and the equipment
* Interact professionally and courteously with customers, assisting them in setting up and taking down equipment as needed
* Address customer infield inquiries and concerns promptly and in a friendly manner
* Inspections and Reporting: Perform routine inspections of rental equipment before and after transportation to identify any maintenance or repair needs
* Report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements promptly to the appropriate department
* Complete necessary digital documentation to ensure accurate inventory tracking
* Assist in warehouse duties, such as equipment cleaning, organizing, and maintenance, when required
* Safety Awareness: Maintain a high level of safety awareness throughout all aspects of the job
* Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns
* Professional Conduct: Present yourself in a professional and courteous manner while representing the company
* Follow the company's dress code and grooming standards, and adhere to ethical guidelines and policies
* Being patient, attentive, and responsive to customers' needs and inquiries is vital
* Physical Stamina: Party Rental Drivers often handle heavy equipment and assist with setting up and taking down items at event locations
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry objects over 50lbs are important for this role
* Attention to Detail: Having an eye for detail is crucial for accurately loading and unloading equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
* Conducting routine inspections, reporting any damages or maintenance needs, and maintaining accurate records
* Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly and efficiently is valuable
*Compensation*
* Starting $20 Per Delivery (Varies based on delivery location and size)
* $25 per hour for event setups/teardowns (within given time frames)
* Bonus: Quarterly bonuses based on customer feedback and reviews
