DELIVERY DRIVER WANTED

Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company - Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or by manual lifting - Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor - Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience operating vehicles with manual transmission (if applicable) - Strong knowledge of local roads and routes for efficient navigation - Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job - Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner - Familiarity with courier or delivery services is a plus - Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or tractor-trailers is beneficial Please note that this job may require you to work in various weather conditions and may involve long hours on the road.
