Full service automotive repair facility - specializing in transmission service and repair.
Work Hours M-F 8:00 Am - 5:00 pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet and Greet customers.
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness
First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the shop
Responsible for engaging customers, building trust, communicating processes and timelines
Under the direction of Management, assists in various aspects of customer care
Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies.
Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.
e.
, a “people person")
Valid driver's license
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus)
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions *Multitasking skills
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
