Candidates must be able to clearly communicate in both English and Spanish with patients, and explain the benefits of chronic care management.
Some of the Enrollment Specialist’s roles include, but are not limited to: Telephone outreach to English and Spanish-speaking patients Clear explanation of the benefits of chronic care management Concise and accurate documentation Computer navigation competence Eligibility verification HEDIS / gap in care scheduling appointments Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
Healthcare background preferred (Medical Assistant Certificate); High volume call center experience preferred; or a combination of education and extensive related professional experience to fulfill the job requirements.
Must be proficient with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel); Familiarity with Electronic Health Records is a plus; Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superb listening skills; Willingness to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time); Reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection.
