We are looking for a Customer Service Representative here at ABI, based in Westlake Village, CA.
You’ll be working for a busy Commercial Insurance Brokerage that specializes in the "for hire" transportation industry, which includes taxicab, limousine, and rideshare TNC APP based companies.
As a fully paperless office, we thrive on utilizing technology and online agency management systems.
Supported by (and reporting to) the Customer Service Manager, you'll be joining a friendly team of 9 who believe in inclusive values and empowering one another in all aspects of work.
What you'll do As our Customer Service Representative you would be highly motivated, organized, fast learner, self-disciplined, and have excellent customer service and computer skills.
We don’t have a checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes.
So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.
That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role.
