*WHO YOU ARE:* We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next  Front Office Manager! As a Front Office Manager, you are the customers first point of contact! Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for.
Individuals with experience in customer service, office administration, clinic coordination or front desk/reception would be a good fit for this role.
However, regardless of experience, we’re seeking individuals who would have a positive impact on our customers and possess the organizational/tech skills to complete administrative tasks.

*About the role:* As a Front Office Manager, you are the friendly first point of contact for our customers.
Through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, you’ll support our customers by addressing their questions and concerns, setting expectations for their visit.
You will oversee the administrative function of the office by setting client appointments, updating customer files for accuracy, and managing the billing process.
We run promotions, so you will find creative ways to connect with potential clients and encourage their participation through marketing and social media.
You will work side-by-side with the Hearing Care Professional to ensure that our customers walk away feeling they had the best service that hearing healthcare has to offer.
