We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients! Main Responsibilities Consult with patients and family member to discuss their issues and health plan doctor sets in place.
Check out patient after their appointment Consult and collaborate with Physicians and peers to set up patient appointments and treatment plans.
Check-in with patients regularly and evaluate and document their progress.
Create patient liaison relationship between patient and physician.
Treat patient with empathy and respect, conducting oneself in a professional manner.
Ensure to check all messages each day; emails, voicemails, EHR messages, online databases, doctors outbox.
Ensure authorizations for visits are approved and in the system for billing purposes
