The Customer Service Representative is an essential part of the eCommerce team’s success.
This position will be perfect for candidates who are confident in their ability to being the voice of the company and performing basic administrative tasks to accommodate the reasonable needs and requests of customers.
*Responsibilities*
* Act as the point of contact of customers at any point in their buying experience
* Process retail and wholesale orders
* Coordinate with the warehouse in the processing of orders
* Communicate with customers respectfully and efficiently via email and telephone
* Answer calls and direct them to appropriate individuals/departments in the company
* Assist the wholesale team in processing orders
* Assist the warehouse with order packing, as needed
* Provide administrative assistance to other team members, as needed
*Requirements*
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* Strong phone and email skills
* Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
* Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
* Must be authorized to work in the U.
S
* Customer Service and Administrative Experience a plus
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
