Quality Behavior Solutions is a clinic that provides behavioral therapy to children with autism.
We are seeking a quick learner that is self-motivated to join our administrative team as our Office Administrator.
The Office Administrator is our front desk employee and is our agency’s first point of contact.
The Office Administrator is responsible for welcoming and greeting our patients and their families and assisting with patient check ins/outs.
Other responsibilities include managing and leading the administrative operations of the clinic; such responsibilities include answering phones, managing our patient charts, filing, ongoing communication with current and potential clientele/vendors/employees, communication with patient insurance companies, managing patient intake process, and managing patient and employee data bases (i.
e.
, excel spreadsheets, practice management systems, electronic communication, community relations).
The Office Administrator will work alongside our clinical department to ensure patient quality services.
Additional to front desk responsibilities, the Office Administrator will ensure to maintain the presentation of the clinic to proper standards which includes but isn’t limited to supplies orders, light cleaning, etc.
In addition to hourly pay, our Office Administrators can earn a bonus per month.
Additional responsibilities and skills include:
Excellent customer service and communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a must)
Maintain timely communication practices, effective at maximizing client access to services and staff access to work environment.
Monitor emails, text messages and phone extension throughout the day.
Ability to work independently on required duties; seek assistance/direction when discrepancies arise.
Organizational skills to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of changes.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor across all situations.
The ability to be a creative thinker, outside the box to find solutions to complex situations.
Interpersonal skills to work as part of a team; working collaboratively with others.

Utilizes standard Microsoft Office Software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare memos, letters, generic reports and to communicate via email.
Basic arithmetic computation
PC proficient, skilled in utilizing, scanner, copier, fax and printer

Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay - In addition to hourly pay, our Office Administrators have the ability to earn up to a bonus per month.
Salary
$17 - $19 per hour
