* Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and coachable individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess wash and fold experience (preferred), and be willing to assist customers with loading and unloading laundry weighing over 35lbs from their vehicles.
* Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Assisting customers with wash and fold services.
Operating laundry equipment as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Safely lifting and handling heavy laundry loads Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English.
Previous wash and fold experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry laundry weighing over 35lbs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation.
