Our Client Support team is the heart of our company, and to provide them with continued support needed, we are hiring an Entry Level Client Support Specialist to join our team based in the Oxnard area immediately.
The Entry Level Client Support Specialist is expected to oversee and facilitate brand development and outreach initiatives for our client in the local area.
This includes customer interactions, answering any questions regarding our clientele, executing revenue generation strategies, tracking results, and other duties as assigned.
*Entry Level Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:*
* Participate in hands-on training opportunities to master the skills and knowledge needed to oversee or assist with a client campaign
* Interact directly with our clients target market with the goal of increasing brand awareness and lifelong customer loyalty
* Engage with our client’s prospective customer base, execute product and service presentations
* Maintain a positive brand image for both our clients and company
* Adhere to all of our company and client standards and expectations
* Become knowledgeable on our clients initiatives, success stories and future endeavors
* Track results, report findings and any suggestions for improvement
*Entry Level Client Support Specialist Qualifications:*
* Associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or retail
* Goal-oriented and motivated to problem solve any challenge that arises
* A strong understanding of working in a team environment and adapting as needed in order to meet a common goal
* A desire to continue expanding your professional skills and knowledge
