Customer Service Representative - Sylmar

Job Description Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding sales team.
This is a full-time Producer position.
Our Agency Producer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.
We provide all the leads and prospects.
Insurance industry of office experience and knowledge is not required, but would be a great benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
We are looking for a highly driven and self motivated individual.
We are happy to teach all aspects of the position to the right individual.
This position requires at least one California insurance license.
(Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Only).
We know you may not have a license.
Not to worry.
We will provide the license training course to get your license.
You just need to complete your hours and get your license within 60 days.
Must complete Assessment for consideration.
