We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We are a company that makes backdrops for red carpet events called "step and repeats".
We also make signs, pool floats and we supply stanchions and ropes, red carpet and other items for
events.
We ship or deliver or install the backdrops and red carpet setups for events, parties, fundraisers, film premiers, schools, weddings, etc.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and taking orders from phone calls, emails or chats.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries from phone calls, website and emails.
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Invoice the order, get the designer to design it, get approval and payment from customer and liaise with the printer and fabricator/shipper/installers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, especially the event industry would be helpful
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Know how to use Quickbooks for invoicing
Helpful to be familiar with Copper CRM
Know how to download files and find and move files and use email quickly
Fast and accurate typing
Knowledge of our products and services is a plus: step and repeat backdrops, retractable banners, telescoping stands, pipe and base, carpet, stanchions and rope, media walls, large format printing
Not necessary, but a plus: able to take customer logos and design a step and repeat in Adobe Illustrator
Must live within 20 mins of Sunland and drive and have a car.
