00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: -Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers -Processing policy applications, renewals, and endorsements as required.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Policy Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy documentation, endorsements, and related paperwork, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
-Communicating with insurance carriers and other relevant stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.
-Providing timely and accurate information to customers about their insurance needs.
-Compliance: Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical business practices in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
