Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
-Processing policy applications, renewals, and endorsements as required.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Policy Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy documentation, endorsements, and related paperwork, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
-Communicating with insurance carriers and other relevant stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.
-Providing timely and accurate information to customers about their insurance needs.
-Compliance: Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical business practices in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
