Customer Service Representative

Immediate position available for a Customer Service Representative.
Monday thru Saturday availability Required (approx 9a-6p daily - we are Closed on Sundays).

Customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for assisting customers with personal financial transactions and services - including, but not limited to - check cashing; processing loans, money orders, Western Union and other transactions; preparing daily reports and statements; using the point-of-sale software; and, accurately balancing a cash drawer on a regular and consistent basis.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years cash handling experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- All other training provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Will provide exceptional customer service to every customer while communicating and implementing store policies and procedures.
- Conduct various types of personal financial services.
- Data entry and account maintenance.
- Administrative/clerical duties such as; faxing, copying, filing and etc.

- Will ensure the store is clean and will perform the necessary cleaning duties to maintain a clean workplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
