What you do
Under direction from management the remote CSR performs a wide range of activities related to client communication, including handling a high call volume, texting, accurate medical record record keeping, and discretionary activities that serve to support effective business operations.
What you need to be passionate about
Compassion for clients, pets, and an empathetic nature.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to relay medical information to clients
Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively.
Ability to plan, organize and effectively execute daily tasks
Great communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong computer competence
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma.
Minimum 2 Years in a direct customer service-related role.
Compensation Information
Full-time available
$12-$20 Per Hour based on geographic location and experience
