Pest Control Salesperson/Technician

We are a new fairly new company on the pest control side of the business.
Nexgen Exterminating purchased a Termite and Pest Control company recently and we are growing fast.
Full-time position, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday, flexible schedule, no experience needed, paid training, uniforms, company vehicle, and more.

The Position:
Pest Control Salesperson/Technician provides inspection services to detect the presence of pest related problems for existing and potential new customers.
This position requires driving to all of our service areas, providing verbal and/or written assessments and quotes for service when necessary.
Bending, stooping, and crawling may be necessary.
Performing service for of pest related problems and quotes provided.
Hours:
Generally, 40 hours Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday.

Employee responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
• Estimating, Bidding and Selling Pest Control Services
• Handling Pesticides
• Performing Bird and Rodent Exclusion work
• Eradication of Bees and Removal of Bee Hives
• Carrying and climbing ladders
• Climbing and working on roofs
• Safely driving and maintaining company vehicle
• Submitting service orders from the field
• Working with residential and commercial customers
• Networking
• Farming your territory (soliciting property managers, commercial accounts, etc.
)

MUSTS:
• Minimum age is 18

Compensation depends on experience.
Hourly/Salary plus commission on Sales.
We are also looking for Termite Inspectors and Termite Crewman.
