We are seeking Client Concierge to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients on their weight loss journey.
*Job Overview:*
As a Client Concierge at Lindora, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for clients, facilitating their engagement with our weight loss programs and services.
*Responsibilities:*
*Client Interaction*
* Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Prep clients for visit as needed.
*Program Information*
* Provide detailed information about our weight loss programs, services, and offerings.
* Explain the benefits and features of various programs to help clients make informed decisions.
*Appointment Scheduling*
* Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and program reviews.
* Ensure efficient and timely scheduling to accommodate clients' availability.
*Administrative Support*
* Maintain accurate and organized client records checking all client information on every visit.
* Assist in processing paperwork and documentation related to client enrollment.
*Customer Service*
* Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
*Follow-up and Retention*
* Conduct follow-up calls to check on clients' progress and provide additional support.
* Implement retention strategies to encourage clients to stay committed to their weight loss journey.
*Educational Support*
* Share educational materials and resources to empower clients with knowledge about healthy lifestyle choices.
* Collaborate with nutritionists and fitness experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive guidance.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with clients.
* Basic knowledge of nutrition and weight loss principles is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.
