We are hiring for the following shifts: Saturday and Sunday 10:30pm to 7:00am
Sunday through Thursday 2:30pm to 11pm.
Starting Pay is $21 per hour
Responsibilities:
You will contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve an independent work-life balance through therapy benefiting mind, body, and spirit, meet amazing people from all over, and support their recovery success.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Participating in shift briefing with other staff to review any pertinent tenant information, upcoming appointments, and duties that need to be completed.
Ensuring the home is always neat and tidy.
Housekeeping duties include tidying up, dishes washed several times throughout the day, light laundry, emptying trash cans, floors swept, organizing closets, wiping countertops, etc.
Facilitating activities such as game nights, movie nights, art activities, and nature walks.
Transporting tenants to appointments, outings, and/or shopping trips as necessary.
Remaining in the center of the home so that tenants know where to find you should they need assistance.
Facilitating breakfast by putting out the breakfast foods (muffins, cereal, fruit, etc.
) for the tenants to enjoy.
Providing a high level of customer service for tenants, assisting them with tasks when necessary.
Communicate any facility needs or general issues to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor.
Qualifications:
To be a good fit for the Guest Service Specialist position, you will have:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in either customer service, hospitality, or a related position.
A valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
Must be comfortable driving an 11-passenger van for tenant outings, clinic pick-ups/drop-offs, doctor's appointments, etc.
First Aid and CPR certifications, or be willing to obtain them prior to the start date.
A genuine interest in working with the populations we serve.
Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
Must be able to lift and carry objects (up to 25 lbs.
), such as dishes, laundry, and supplies, climb stairs, and stand or sit for long periods.
